TRASH RULES
AND INFORMATION
For Buster Holcomb Residents
- Trash will be picked up at curbside on Tuesday and Friday.
Please place trash in a trash bag in order for it to be
picked up. Do not leave your trash out at night. Put it
out the day of pick up.
For Stark and Capers Residents
- Trash is picked up at curbside on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Do not put your trash out the night
before. Neighboring dogs will get into it.
Trash Fines
The Housing Authority desires a safe and sanitary environment
for its residents. The grounds of the Housing Authority are
an important aspect of this goal. Resident yards will be
inspected daily for trash, toys, debris,
glass receptacles, broken glass, tree limbs, etc. If trash
is found a notice will be given to the resident that they
have been fined.
- First fine and notice will be $5.00,
- Second fine and
notice will be $10.00,
- Third fine and
notice will be $15.00,
- Fourth fine and notice will
be $20.00,
…… and so on.
Fines will be due and payable 2 weeks after notification of
such. Failure to pay such fines will be a violation of our
trash fine policy and termination of the lease.
