MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

Under HUD guidelines, the Mt. Pleasant Housing Authority must keep the structure of your home in a safe, sanitary and decent condition meeting both local housing code requirements and HUD standards. If you need a repair or have a problem, telephone or see someone in the office about it as soon as possible.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL DIRECTLY for repairs unless it is an emergency and after business hours.

A maintenance emergency is anything considered to be a hazard to you or your family’s health and /or safety. Examples of maintenance emergencies include problems such as air conditioning or heating problems and flooding from busted water lines.
